We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, provide contracted services, manage projects, provide hosting and Website Care, manage support requests, communicate with clients, administer accounts and billing, maintain appropriate business records and improve our services.
We will not use personal information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis.
4. Contact forms and support requests
When you submit information through a website form, Client Dashboard registration form or support request, we use that information to identify you, understand the request and communicate with you.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card information or other highly sensitive credentials through ordinary contact or support forms unless Red Calabash has specifically provided a secure method for doing so.
5. Service providers and operators
Red Calabash may use reputable third-party service providers to provide services such as website hosting, email, accounting, cloud storage, analytics, communications and other business systems.
Personal information is shared only where reasonably necessary for the relevant service, legal obligation or legitimate business purpose, and appropriate safeguards should apply.
6. Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential cookies required for normal functionality. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies are introduced, the website's cookie and consent controls will be updated where required.
7. Information security
Red Calabash takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to use systems and working practices appropriate to the nature of the information we process.
8. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide and support services, to maintain appropriate business and accounting records, or to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information held about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected or updated, object to certain processing, or request deletion where Red Calabash no longer has a lawful reason to retain the information.
